Purpose

TAT desired it's team to grow in self-awareness, understanding of one another, and communication.

Process

Stacey met with each team member individually for an initial Typing Interview and subsequent Enneagram Coaching. After helping each team member gain language around their type's key motivations, values, and modes of functioning, Stacey connected each team member to resources for continued growth in self-awareness.

Stacey then led the team in a workshop, consisting of teaching on the Enneagram types and a guided conversation around the support, communication, and growth each team member needed.

Stacey followed up with further coaching of TAT's management team using the Enneagram subtypes, with the purpose of each manager better understanding his/her managerial style—celebrating its strengths, reigning it in where necessary, and engaging practices for growth.

Stacey has continued in one-on-one coaching with members of TAT's team, and has guided conversations between employees with the goal of greater understanding, improved communication, and amplified team effectiveness.
