The Summit Church

Purpose

The staff at The Summit Church desired to engage the Enneagram in order to gain personal self-awareness, partner with the Holy Spirit in their individual growth processes, and develop greater understanding of how to love and serve one another.

Process

Stacey met one-on-one with each staff member for 2-3 sessions, with the goals of helping them identify their Enneagram type and subtype, gain language for who they are, engage areas they were being invited to personal growth, process related team dynamics, and make a plan for what they needed to communicate with others on their team.

Stacey then facilitated a conversation with The Summit Church’s staff team. She began by presenting the team with some general observations around their team dynamics and encouraging curiosity about how these dynamics played out. Following this, each team member shared with the others about their type, subtype, areas they were seeking to grow in, and what they needed from their team by way of support.

Finally, Stacey prepared a final Team Report for the lead pastors with her observations and suggestions for further engagement and growth.
